After replacing all o rings including one in middle of valve with the two pointy sides. It still leaks down very slow. I noticed that went I put tilt up and took off motor I could see the oil coming up out of area around ball with spring that you can adjust. I tried putting more pressure as well as less pressure. Neither seemed to work I started out at 3/16 as told for starting pressure. I did not replace ball bearings as they looked to have no where on them. Any suggestions?:

Did you replace the itsy bitsy "O" ring on the valve inside of each plug? Each plug has an "O" ring on the outside, but if you look closely, the plug is actually two pieces pressed together. Pop them apart and you'll see there's another seal inside.
