last winter i took the engine apart and today finaly i found a machine shop who gave me a good price.<br />the two bottom cylinders will be rebored .020 over and the top two will be honed.<br />he charged me $34 per cylinder for reboring and $16 for honing so that is a good deal.<br />he will provide me with 4 new pistons from wiseco<br />and gaskets for the rebuild.<br />he also told me that if i needed any parts bolds nuts etc etc he will have them.<br />This guy must be around 60 - 65 and he has seen it all. Its good to know somebody like him.<br />He took a look at the block and he told me that i had the lower carb running lean.<br />thats exactly what i was thinking.<br />also he will machine the cylinderheads.<br /><br />hophely he can do it next week so far for the info. i will post again on the progress of the rebuild.
