Rebuilding question

I have an '87' 125 hp motor, and the compression numbers are starting to progressively drop.Iam considering at least replacing the rings over the winter. I have a manual, but it is not clear to me how much of the motor i would have to dissasemble to replace the rings. Could someone tell me whats the least amount I have to do to accomplish this????<br />Thanks

You will have to hone the engine..so you will have to disassemble the entire engine.<br /><br />TMD
