Rebuilding Trim-Tilt cylinders

Does anyone know of a good guide or even better a video on the process of rebuilding the trim/tilt cylinders?

I recently rebuilt two mercruiser 470's and purchased two SE106 1.81 ratio outdrives. I have not even tested the trim/tilt yet, but its apparent the cylinders are stuck.

I'm hoping i can manage this myself without dishing out a ton of money for new ones...
