Can someone tell me? The recirculation lines run from the small hose barbs located on what I would call the rear of the case, correct? Should I be able to blow or move fluid freely through these lines? Is there a check valve somewhere in the case that only allows the flow to be one direction? I am not sure if I have a blocked line or if this restriction is normal.

The one way deal is in the fitting on the manifold. excess or "puddled" fuel should flow from the intake to the cylinder.

Most fittings and / or lines are clogged anyway.

Personally I dont think so. Obviously I'd like to see the lines working as they should. What is the motor doing or not doing that you'd like to change?
