Recommend where to get a rebuilt engine

Hi can anyone recommend a source for a rebuilt engine. I had a bit of bad luck this week and my OMC (ford) 5.0 Cobra. I knew I was in trouble when I pulled my spark plugs and found one of them to be completely mangled. I had water in my tank and was trying to deal with it when apparently the valve seal in one cylinder broke and in turn broke the valve and piston. The engine is a 1993 OMC ford block 5.0 and my mechanic is recommending a rebuilt engine as opposed to trying to fix it.

ditto on rapido marine. I recently ordered a 4.3 chevy from them. Got with older style block (for 88), vortec heads and roller cam / lifters. They were goot to deal with,delivered on time and so far runs great. Good luck

I've bought two SB Chevy's from Autozone with no problems.
You can get a long block with no core charge for under 1200.00.
Just have it set up for a truck application.
