Where is the rectifier and how do I transfer the wires from the original rectifier to the new rectifier Sierra Part Number 18-5707. If I am correct in what I am assuming to be the rectifier (indicated in green), the rectifier I have is a straight vertical 3 post setup. The new one has a triangular formation. I have a brown wire on the lowest post of my current rectifier. Also, how do I know which wire goes on which post (INDICATED IN RED ON FIRST DIAGRAM) when I replace the stator?

The red box is a terminal block- it just joins the wires from the stator to the rectifer. The green box is your rectifier. One terminal on the rectifier is marked +, this goes to the red charge wire in your engine wiring harness, the other two connect to the yellow wires from the stator (either way, doesn't matter)
