Rectifier wiring help!83 mariner 90 hp

Hello everybody.
i have a 1983 90 hp mariner s/n 639..... . i took the rectifier off and did'nt
marked the wires, so i have no clue how it is going back on.if anyone can send me a picture ,be very helpfull.

I have 2 yellow wires 1 gray and 1 small red ,I think the gray wire was with the red one,,I am not sure, correct me if I am wrong..

The gray wire connects to either of the yellow stator wires. This is your signal wire for a tach.

I had only one or 2 cyl .. running,when i took the rectifier off i was getting good rpm. I hope the new one will work thank you again. new2fish ... and ..boats
