I know i should probably be running a Deep cycle but i had this new red top sitting around so i figured what the hell....Ive had the boat out twice so far and it seems to be working fine, i run the stereo a lot when the boats not running. I dissconnect the battery when the boats not in use and i try to throw a charge on it before i head out to the lake. Should i switch over to a deep cycle or will this redtop do the job? Im also thinking of installing a premium sound system in my boat with power amp and what not, and this is gonna take up some juice to run so i was thinking i might need to make the switch at that point but would like some advice on this. 85 19" Bayliner with a force 125.
