Refinishing Plywood Seats

Hello - I am knew to the forum so I apologize if this question has already been answered.

I have an older Lund boat with plywood finished seats. The finish is starting to wear and I need to replace a section of seat so I thought I'd use this opportunity to refinish it all.

I've searched for "how to's" with out success so here I am.

I have attached a couple of photo's.

Any help is appreciated.

Spar polyurethane is the best for wood exposed to sun and water.
