Just wondering what methods there are to releasing the bolts I'm using to clamp the transom in.
I'm planning on using a liberal amount of PB to glue the transom to the hull. Through bolts to hold everything tight, but gonna have to get them out after. Thoughts?

Saran wrap around the wood, spray car wax works on the wood too. Spray bolts etxc with a spray wax.

I want to make sure the glass bonds well. Will the wax possibly transfer and make dead spots?

If you are sloppy it could, but it's normally not a concern.

it can get sloppy if you haven't played with this before. Spray bottle of turtle wax or similar will get you thru it. No it wont compromise anything. Have FUN!
