Remote control adapter kit for 1981 Johnson 4.5hp

I'm looking for the throttle/gear/steering adapter kit for the above but it seems as though Johnson never made a kit. Does anyone know if the 6hp kit (which IS available) would fit? The motor is J5RHLCIC and is I believe the 4hp powerhead attached to the 5/6hp leg. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

Though they share a few parts, the 4.5 and 6/8 motors are quite different. You might be able to rig something up using the 6/8hp kit, but it isn't a bolt-on & go proposition...
