Removable paint.....

Would anyone happen to know if there is a paint available that would be temporary for the purpose of camoflaging my boat without the obvious disadvantages.....<br />Thanks,<br />Kenny :)

Cant say i have ever heard of that.I would give the boat a coat of wax before painting.If that is the only prep you do the paint wont be able to stick for too long.You will have to use a brush or roll on paint.Dont use the good stuff.Go with cheap paint.Charlie

You might try latex house paint...pressure wash it off when you are ready...if it stays on that long...just a Thought

A lot of race boats are done in vinyl specifically so the color scheme and graphics can be changed easily.<br /><br />Good luck!

How about camoflage netting hung from the gunwales<br />once you get in place. You could cut it the proper width just to touch to water. It could be a cold, wet mess to remove by the end of the day before you run home

This used to be a much talked about subject in the Florida Keys when the square Grouper were running don't cha know.

Well, thanks guys. I was looking for a possible way to use my boat as a portable Goose Blind. (Nother excuse to go boating) Didn't know what might be out there for paint, if any such thing existed........ :) <br />Thanks!
