Remove lower unit to access water pump

1977 175 johnson. There are 5 bolts as far as I can see but the l/u will not budge. Shifter linkage is removed as is entire powerhead. Am I missing something? Please help.

You got the one under the torque tab plate? You know the power head doesn't have to come off to replace the water pump?
