Remove prop

I have a 1966 merc 500 long shaft and for the life of me I can't remove the prop. I did remove the prop nut. Tried heating with no luck any suggestions?

You need a 3 jawed gear puller.
Replace the jaws with enough chain to wrap around your blades.

It may separate from the hub though...
