Removing control box

I am trying to remove the control box so I can reupolster side panel. My problem is can't remove control box. I have a Quicksilver control box with trim switch and trailer button as well as guessing a neutral warm up button. I popped out the neutral button but don't see any bolt or anything to take throttle lever off. Please help.

Can't say for sure without a year and a picture of the control box but a lot of them have a set screw going in from the bottom of the handle that retains it.

My friends control box has a cover that snaps over the lever and there is a bolt through the lever under that cover. The cover just pulls out to unsnap and remove. That cover is also what holds the trim switch on his.
