The gear oil screws are cranked in really tight. I don't want to round them. Any tricks??

A crescent wrench pinched on the screwdriver just above the plug for leverage. Rapping a rag snugly around the screwdriver handle can give you a better grip. I use an impact driver with a plastic hammer.
