The gear oil screws are cranked in really tight. I don't want to round them. Any tricks??

Rap the screwdriver with a hammer first. A crescent wrench pinched on the screwdriver just above the plug for leverage. Rapping a rag snugly around the screwdriver handle can give you a better grip. I use an impact driver with a plastic hammer.

Use the largest flat head screw driver you got and press in hard and counterclockwise. Good luck and put new nylon washers on them when finished.

If that don't work...get an impact drive like Willy suggested....will save time and harsh language......unless your into harsh language.. :)
