Removing outer 'glass skin

Any tips on removing the outer glass skin of my foredeck. most of it has already delammed but i have some areas i need to "free up" and was looking for some "tricks of the trade" that will make my job easier.

hi welcome to i boats.....

we will need to see pics of the area, as each corner is different.

a 4 inch grinder is the typical tool....a circ saw will also do it.
and in tight spots a rotary saw or dremmel

i already have it cut out and i'm able to lift a good portion of it, but there are some areas still adhered to the balsa. any ideas on a method to free up those areas?
