Ok

I was lubing my stuck trim sender on my Yami Vmax 200, and while pushing on it, the activation arm and spring came off. I have been attempting to remove the Sender for an hour ,but getting to the screw and applying any kind of torque, is a *****.
any one out their who's removed the sender have any tips for removing that screw , It has already been soaked in T9

Thanks
Steve

Re: removing Trim sender UGHHHH ?

I removed it a couple of weeks ago. It requires two people. One that puts pressure on the skrewdriver and one that turns it. We used a pipe to stick in from starboard side to push on the skrewdriver and a inter-locking joint pliers to turn the skrewdriver.
It then came of.

I use a 5/16 hex shank #3 phillips bit,from my impact driver set, and a 1/4 drive ratchet with a 15 inch extension and a 5/16ths socket.
