Repainting my 74 Johnson 9.9 Seahorse?

I need advice on how to sand/ & repaint my outboard engine to a nice SHINY, metallic black (I could care less about retaining the original color). I would like to know:<br /><br />1). Suggestions for any specific type of fiberglass/ & metal paint needed for an outboard?<br />2). Decals needed, Or should I just get artistic?<br />I already used tracing paper to carefully emulate the decals.<br />3.)Lastly, I WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK - I MIGHT JUST DECIDE TO HAVE A REPAIRER DO THIS TASK FOR ME - ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR A "REPUTABLE" REPAIRER IN MY AREA (North Babylon, NY)
