Repair manual 4.3GL PLKD

I have pulled the 4.3 gl from my boat due to a hydrolock that sat unattended for several months since it did not cross my mind at the time that that could be the problem. I am looking for the Volvo shop manual and have a few question.
I looked on the volvo penta store site but did not see a manual for the year of the motor. The boat is a 1997 Larson and the engine is the 4.3GL PLKD. Does anyone know where I can find the information or manual for this engine that contains the specifics of the engine rebuild, torque specs, etc.

I will do that.

I have one other problem.
I broke one of the lag screws for the motor mount to the transom. It broke about an inch below the surface. Any words of advices besides a bolt extractaor and a lot of patience?

Hey solarpro, you responded to a very old thread. You can find the info you are looking for, downloadable manuals and all in the sticky at the top of the forum. Choose volvo penta information and scroll down to get lots of info there. Here's a link to the manuals.
