Repair Manual for a 96 Yamaha Wave Venture III 1100

I have been looking for a repair manual manual for my 96 Yamaha Wave Venture III 1100. Last season my wife ran over a hidden sand bar and got stuck, but not before sucking up lots of tiny pebbles and stuff. Now it overheats. To add insult to injury I need to replace the starter too. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
