The Stator is located underneath the Flywheel
Remove the Flywheel and there are 4 bolts that hold it on.

Make sure you don't use an impact driver when removing the flywheel nut as it can dislodge the magnets which you would have to glue back in. (how would I know that) :)

You will need to remove flywheel cover, optical eye/timing wheel and remove the 5 bolts that hold it to crankshaft. Be careful on removing/install bolts as they break easy from overtorque. WARNING!!! The magnets are extremely strong so thread some bolts into threaded holes to remove and install flywheel as these have been known to pinch/cut finger tips off due to it being recessed
