Repairing a prop

Anybody had good luck with this? What's a good reasonable place to send it to? I have a year old solas stainless 4 blade that I hit bottom and just rolled the edges over. Thank you.

not knowing where you are, I can only tell you who I have used

I have used Green Bay Propeller in Suamico Wisconsin - http://greenbayprop.com/ , and General Propeller in Bradenton - https://www.generalpropeller.com/

Both get props send to them from all over the place.

General propeller will have the prop done the next day, and is one of the few that will re-hub AQ series VP props

Google might help. Looks like there is a a place called Indy Prop Shop, several others are listed in central IN.

You have to be careful with some people that say they repair props. I once bought a set of stainless Volvo duo props from a guy on eBay that had been repaired. They looked wrong to me so I sent them to the place I posted, Wilmington propeller. Wilmington said they were out of balance and each blade had different pitch. I ended up sending the props back to the seller after a big hassle. I even spoke to the propeller place that the eBay guy had the props repaired at. Bottom line, some shops know how to repair props and others don't.

The place I send mine to is the major prop repair place in southern California.

also, if looking local, talk to them. some of the propeller repair places I went to in the past send them out. that is how I got connected with both GreenBay Propeller and General Propeller
