Replace a spun hub on a test wheel?

I bought a test wheel for my Johnson 88 on eBay and found it has a spun hub. I'm within the 30 days of purchase and could return it. I'm wondering if I should try and repair the hub or if I should just return it. Has anyone had any luck fixing a pressed in hub on a test wheel and would I need a hydraulic press to do the repair?

A prop shop probably can re-hub it--if they will. Wonder how the cost would compare to what you paid for it?

Paid $185.75 for it, including shipping.

WOW!!! Takes about$35 to make a test wheel out of old prop.

Cheaper than that if you get the old prop for nothing. I've made a few of them.

Here is my V-6 one...it holds a 200hp at 5200 RPM on the trailer. It was a 14x21 OMC aluminum. You start buy cutting off 1/2" at a time.
