Left the ignition turned on and my water temp indicator light appears to have burned out. After flushing and triming down the motor I failed to turn the ignition completely off.
Replaced the battery as it was stone dead and now when I turn the key on, the center water light doesn't light up. The other 2 lights come on briefly and the tone comes on at the intial turn of the key, but it appears the LED for the water temp has burnt out.
Not sure if the bulb can be replaced or not, anybody ever have to replace these?
The motor in question is a Nissan TLDI 40hp tiller steer outboard.
