I found one good stringer (out of 4) in my project. There appears to be no rot, and it seems to still be bonded to the glass.

I'm replacing the other stringers, since they were shot.

You think I should leave well enough alone or go ahead and replace it too?

It is an outside stringer.

Thanks,

H.

if'n its TRULEY good ..intacted, an glassed in.. it mite be real s o b to remove.. mite do more harm in removeale..

also ,, a single stringer left in would be the ticket for keepin'the hull from 'wrackin' while under construction...

Kinda what I was thinking Bait...

Leave well enough alone. It's in real tight, and I intend to run cross pieces anyway between the stringers (something factory DIDN'T do)

Thanks guys,

H.
