My 97 Cobalt is at the shop getting a new block after an unfortunate freezing incident last winter. It's a speed shop, but the guy also does cars and occasionally boats. Everything is back together and running, but he says it isn't running on all the cylinders. I found the part below online, but can't find it on the boat anywhere.
Is there a feature that turns some cylinders off unless it's in gear or something? Seems to be running smoothly but I can't imagine it would be too spunky.
