WE got a project boat in the fall where everything needs to be taken out i was wondering if anyone has a guide to a complete rebuild for the floor. We pulled up the floor today and the front motor mount was not even attached but we have no idea if that is how t is supposed to be. I have worked on cars a bunch and am very handy but I have not really worked on boats much. What kinda foam did you but it and what where the best steps as far as how you did it.

Thanks for all the help and I can't wait to be out boating once again.

Thanks

Jon

While you are at it, also check your stringers and transom for rot. If you post some pix someone can probably comment on your engine mount question.

Have a great day.
