on my 1985 4.3L engine it has a plain 2bbl carb on it. i am wondering if i happen to come across a 4bbl and intake that will work on it would it be worth changing or am i looking for a whole bunch of problems if i were to do it. i have heard argurements on both sides of it in the automotive world but dont know about it on the marine applications. would i benifit that much from doing it. and the engine is not a vortec one either.
