I have a Lowe boat with a Karavan trailer. The trailer has a 4 prong flat plug with 8 wires going into it.
Does someone know how I can wire a replacement 4 prong 4 wire with the 8 existing wires?

simple wiring splicing.

use un-insullated but splices and epoxy lined heat shrink.

Of those 8 existing wires, my bet is there are 4 pairs of 2. Or said differently, you have 8 wires with just 4 colors. If that's the case, just pair up the matching colors when splicing the new plug. E.G. take the 2 yellow wires from the trailer side, and join those with the single yellow on the new plug.
