Replacing interior Vinyl

The previous owner of my boat did not believe in using a cover and this has resulted in discolored vinyl and some cracking in places. I have been shopping around and found a place that will redue all the vinyl in the boat for $1800. I was woundering what other people have payed and if that is reasonable. The boat is an 18ft bowrider with two captain chairs.

Thanks

Ask how much for materials and how much for labor. This will give you an idea of the quality of the material they will be using and what's involved.

A full vinyl job on your boat can cost that much depending on the materials. But there are some ways you can save money, too.

Good luck.

He is recovering the three bow cushions, the wrap arounds up front, the two captain chairs, the back bench, the sundeck, and the vinyl down the sides of the boat.

The point about the materials he uses is a good point I will call and ask what he plans on using.
