replacing internal parts on outdrive

On an annual bases, what should be changed or inspected annually in the outdrive. While winterizing, what else should be changed annually besides the drive fluid, and impeller?

You pretty much nailed it.Oil and impeller will do it.You can pressure check it and vacuum check it.Lube the ujoints and get the entire kit not just the impeller to start with,then you can just replace the impeller after that.You will get quite a bunch of different opinions on how often to replace the impeller,but I have always replaced it every year and in 20+ years of boating,I never had an impeller fail.Charlie
