Replacing Jets in Carbs

I have a 2002 yamaha 40 hp 2 stroke T40. How do you replace the jets in the carbs and after they are replaced do they have to be synchronized.

Normally carb jets do not get replaced unless you are rejetting for high altitude operation. Normally replacement of the jets does not require resync, unless you are disturbing the idle mix adjustments.
