Replacing my transom. Where do I get this.....

I have an old alumacraft. I am replacing the rotted transome. But I have no idea if I have to recut all this myself or if I can just go Buy one. Or if there are any other ways of doing this another way without wood so I don't have to worry about this again. Let me know. Here other the pictures of what I need. You're going to have to Cut New Pieces,......<br /><br />Either Yourself,.... Or at a Woodshop.....<br /><br />There's Lots of ways to Treat it,.... But Wood would be My Choice of material for That application........
