Hello all,

Great forum and glad to be a part of it. For this first post, I'm looking for some advice.
1993 4.3 OMC w/Cobra drive.

Found milky oil on the drive so it's time to replace the seals. Also, the gear oil is slowly leaking from what looks like the prop area, so I'm assuming a shaft seal is where the water is coming in and the oil is coming out. But I'm going to replace all of them when I pull it off.

I havent done this before, so here are some questions:
I have the Clymers manual, however they are not specific when it comes to replacing seals/gaskets in the drive. Is there a standard list of the select few that I should replace when I do this?

Also, is there a place anyone would recommend to purchse the seal / gasket kits for both the upper and lower units?

Thanks in advance.
