replacing speakers on rear panel on four winns bow rider

I am looking to replace the speakers on my 2002 four winns horizon 210. The front are easy to replace but he back side ones are behind a leather panel. Does anyone know how to take these off so I can replace them without breaking the panel. Any advice would be great thanks. Attached is a picture of the panel. It is one the right side under the hand grip.

I am no expert by ANY means but I have replaced speakers in a similar application and we started from the bottom and it popped off similar to a car door panel have you tried wedging something behind to see if it may be just a pop off application? that's what I would think but like I said not on expert
