Replacing thermostat 15 HP

1996 15 HP Evinrude CE15REDG. I want to replace the thermostat. Nothing wrong, yet, but it looks like it was never done before. (New to me motor.) I can't find this exact model listed anywhere. What is the part or parts #, or can I get a kit, that includes everything necessary for this outboard?

iboats seems to cut off at 1986; hopefully one of the gurus will see this and chime in with an answer. Good luck

The "C " indicates it was built in Canada. I found the same model # at shop.evinrude.com minus the "C". Try that.

Canadian made should be no different that US made for this part #0436195 - Thermostat Assembly
