Repo Kenner 21v200 Tunnel w/ Merc 150L PROP???

I recently purchased a '03' Kenner 21V200 Tunnel with a '04' Merc. 150L Motor. The prop was not on it when repossesed. The place I bought it from put a 13-3/4 x 17 that they had laying around on it. The tach reads 7K @ 45MPH. I know it's way too high. Idealy 5600RPM I was told to use a 19 or 21 pitch prop. Any ideas??????? Please help!!!!

Just using the basic 200 RPM per 1" of pitch, you should be at about a 24 or 25P to get near 5600 WOT RPM.

I'd suggest looking at the tach. It's doubtful the rev limiter is set that high. A 17 is about right for that combo.
