Did he mean the powerhead was replaced in 2016? That looks like a 60 degree looper, which were not in production under the Johnson brand after 2005. A later DI engine could not be made to work. A looper power head would not bolt onto a 79 midsection. The picture shows a midsection that is not a 79
I have my doubts the seller knew very much if anything about the motor.
