While boating the oil ran low and the engine of our 115 Mercury shut down. After filling the oil there is a whistling sound made when you turn the key and the engine will not turn over. I was wondering if there is a reset button that needs to be pushed before the engine will start? We have a Triton 246 pontoon boat.
