Residential marinas on Long Island?

My wife and I are selling our home overlooking Mount Sinai Harbor, LI and a planning to live year-round on our 50' motor yacht. My problem is that I cannot seem to find a marina with dock space that provides year-round services. Does anybody know if there is such a marina on Long Island?

Thanks, GhostRider23. I actually had a list of marinas on Long Island. However, most (if not all - I haven't gone through the complete list) do not allow for year-round living. I was hoping someone would know of a specific marina that would take us year-round.

good luck in your search. if you're retired, why not migrate south during the winter?

Migrating South is in the plan but we have at least 2 more years to go before we can leave ;-)
