Hey guys new to forum here, been reading for quiet a while and goin to jump into deck,transom, and stringer project. Free boat with 1973 65hp Evinrude on back motor runs glass hull in good shape but stringer and deck rotten right out. I plan on using plywood for stringers and sealin them in with resin and glass. My question is how moch resin and mat you think it will take to do 4 stringers in1971 Marquis(cant really find any info on hull specs online if anybody would happen to know somin about hull i really would appreciate all the info I can find) 15ft. bowrider. Gonna be using a polyester resin just not economically right to do epoxy atm. I've read alot of info bout what types of colth to use just hoping to get an idea on the quanity involved from someone with a lil expierance. Thanx guys.
