Resolved tachometer recycling lights

Issue was resolved. No more recycling tachometer lights, steady 14 volts at the gauge. Thank you for all your feedback. A hidden loose ground connection that almost made me purchase a new reg/rec was the culprit. Lesson learn, ask questions in this forum and take pride in your work.
