Rev Limiter

Could someone tell me at what rpm's does this kick in at and is controlled by the tach? I have a 4.3 GXI and its in a 2004 Caravelle. Thanks for any info.

Ayuh,.... I donno, but imagine 'bout 5000/ 5200 rpms,....
'n I believe, it's controlled by the 'puter, not the tach,...
