i have a question about my boat i have a 85 mercruiser 140 hp and im having starting problem .the boat starts fine once given gas. the only problem is i have to go to the motor to do this,when i should be able to do this from the throttle control. i should be able to give it gas in netrual by pushing up on the black button and pushing forward on the throttle but i cant the black button doesnt allow me to give it throttle while in netrual do you know why and maybe how i can fix it.please email me at michaelellis193@msn.com in case i miss posting
