Rib garage stoge help

Hey guys I seen some pics where the rib (10.6 feet) is hanging from the ceiling, I was wondwring if any of you have any feedback about this, doest work well? is it easy to lift the rib (about 130 pounds)and maybe suggest a kit? thanks much...

Check out the Harken Hoist. 4-point lift for the garage.
Works very well.

Varying models depending on the weight you are lifting.
