Right Exhaust Seal Part Number?

Was gonna pull lower unit to investigate another issue i'm having. Ordering orings, gaskets, etc. and came across one i can't find anywhere. Cecil Marine says special order item, but looking on other sites Belarus comes up as the only location who seems to have it....maybe,

Part number is 3854898, Seal, Exhaust Cover. Is there a comparable cross reference for this? I checked OMC and it comes up as the same P/N.

Drive is a DP-SM 1.95. Serial numbers attached

looks to be a small round O ring material in the shape of a U,what about a small plastic tube and some rtv
