Right prop? What should WOT be on '81 OMC 230?

1982 21' Celebrity Bow rider<br />OMC230 5.0L<br /><br />Finally got the engine running smooth, ... WOT is about 44-4500rpm <br />Is that about right? or do I have too much prop?<br />Just got the boat last year and it had a trashed and very mis-matched, so went with prop shop recommendation.<br /><br />I can't run at WOT for more than about 5 minutes without engine starting to get hot. ... has a new impeller, but still needs a new waterpump (origonal)<br /><br />120 hours on engine since new.

I think the experts will tell you to get the manifolds pressure tested. Rule of thumb is that fresh water manifolds are generally good for 6 years and 5 for salt due to build-up of rust and scale.
