ringing noise from flywheel

j6rccs recently did a bunch of gasket and grommet work to it and it runs perfectly fine but has just started making a strange constant bell like ring from the flywheel, anyone ever experience this? Any thoughts what would cause this?

My Evinrude, E6SLCRM makes a sort of ringing noise. Always has I think. Never had any major work done on it

Pop the flywheel and see if there's anything loose.

Yea sounds like a wire or something is hitting it, maybe underneath flywheel?
